Access is via a self check-in keysafe, the code is sent on here after booking. The accommodation is versatile and caters for both travelling workers and families. The generously proportioned living room hosts a 65" 4K TV with unlimited netflix, amazon prime TV and other streaming facilities. There is a large selection of blu ray discs on site to choose from and an ATMOS soundbar for the full cinematic experience. Relax with 2 comfortable full size sofas. There is a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and gadgets you would need to prepare meals and a dining table is provided. There is a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower and toilet and the main bathroom also contains an over the bath shower. All bedsheets and towels are provided.

The neighbourhood is quiet and is part of the least deprived locality in the whole of Lincolnshire (deeping st james). The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a care home right outside, you may even be booking to stay to visit loved ones over a weekend.
