Very Spacious Mid terraced House with private Entrance, for a business or holiday or a medical stay. The house is 1.2 miles from ARI (Royal Infirmary ) or next to Woodend hospital- & Curl Aberdeen center (8 minutes walk to hazlehead park and golf courts, rose gardens and 10 minutes walk to Aberdeen indoor bowls club). Spacious Lounge w/t bar unit, kitchen w/t appliances, Free Parking. 2 min to Tesco superstore, chinese take away, woodend chip & fish. Public transport. Smoke & Pet free house. The property can be booked more than 3 people if you are from same family or in relation.
Friendly open minded person, be open always want to give my guests the best.
Very calm and stunning views around. Gym facility with in 10 minutes walk, Play indoor bowling(big steel balls) Aberdeen bowling club with in 1 mile. Dobbies garden centre with in 1 mile. Hazlehead park with animal corner (mini zoo) with in 10 minutes walking distance. Aberdeen Curl center less than 5 minutes walk. Tesco superstore in 1 minute walk. Bus stop to city centre is 1 minute walk. Very calm and nice neighbours around with no disturbance as it is cul-de-sac.
