I take great pride in this building, which I designed and developed myself to a very high standard. The View completed in Summer 2020. Together with my housekeeper, Rachel, we've hosted over 200 stays since then. I'm quite well travelled and, when designing the apartments, I took inspiration from some of my own favourite stays. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The View apartments are situated on the Ilfracombe seafront/SW Coastal path. Close to harbour, the Tunnels and town centre. Basement parking for 1 car (+public parking opposite). Free EV charging. Dog friendly. Secure storage for bikes etc. Apt3 has living/kitchen/diner, 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, 1 family bathroom, underfloor central heating throughout, washer/dryer, Smart TV. The View is a unique and stunning building but having designed and developed it myself, I am possibly biased :) That said, there is nothing like wandering into the kitchen/livingroom for the first coffee of the day and immediately connecting with the sea through the oversized windows. The View was built with staycations in mind. Every bedroom has a bathroom/ensuite and built in storage. The apartments are minimalist by design (as pictured) but have everything you need on a practical level (and if you need anything else, just ask). All apartments have balconies overlooking Wildersmouth beach. Apt3 has the added bonus of an enclosed courtyard with hottub to the rear of the building. Access to each apartment is via lift from basement parking area. We have superfast broadband (up to 76mbps).

Central location immediately on the Ilfracombe seafront. Just a few minutes walk to the harbour, Tunnels beaches and everything else. All the towns best restaurants are in easy walking distance.
