'Le Studio' is a luxury self-contained contemporary basement studio apartment 2 miles from Inverness city centre. It is furnished and finished to a high standard. We aim to give our guests a ‘home from home’ experience. There is a comfortable sofa with coffee table in the bedroom area for relaxing and an open plan lounge area which houses a 32in smart television. There is an Playstation, board games and books. There is also a cosy reading nook 'Le Studio' has a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a fridge, freezer, washing machine, small tabletop cooker, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack in the apartment. in the bedroom\seating area, there is a Sony DVD player and projector screen which can be used to watch wide screen movies or CD/Radio all in surround sound. (There are a selection of DVD’s supplied) There is also a Bluetooth speaker within the studio and Wi-Fi is provided. Le Studio is also equipped with a large shower-room with integral sauna room, Perfect for winding down at the end of the day. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied on request.

Our self-catering accommodation is ideal for couples, families, and business stays alike.
The Inshes area of inverness is a quiet sought after residential area within the city of Inverness. Facilities, literally on our doorstep, are, a 24hr Tesco supermarket, an Aldi store, a Co-operative supermarket. Dobbies garden centre where you can get lovely breakfast and coffees, the ever popular McDonalds restaurant/drive through, Costa coffee and a plethora of other retail shops. Public transport can be had adjacent to the Tesco garage with regular buses going into the city centre and out to Culloden Battlefield in the opposite direction. We are only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the University of the Highlands and Islands and also from Raigmore Hospital. The apartment is only 8 miles from the quaint village of Dores with spectacular open views of Loch Ness. The beautiful Falls of Foyers, Urquhart Castle, the canalways of Fort Augustus and the lovely tourist village of Drumnadrochit are all within a short driving distance. As we are local to the city, we are always here to give you information and advice, if needed to make the most out of your highland stay. We are conveniently situated for all amenities.
