A beautifully presented four-bedroom, second floor duplex apartment within this 1905 cleverly converted cinema, located close to Tunnels Beach and walking distance of everything that this seaside harbour town has to offer. A huge lofty space for 8, with 1 King size bedroom with an ensuite, 2 further double bedrooms of character plus a twin bedroom. The living space is fantastic with a beautiful exposed stone wall with mood lighting, a refectory table and benches along with a lovely kitchen.
There is an information book in the hallway with parking tips and contact details.
Parking is easy in a number of paid for carparks or there is FREE parking in Granville Road, EX34 8AS
You can walk to everything in this lovely harbour town.
