An Edwardian City Merchants completely renovated to modern standards in the last 5 years conveniently situated minutes walk from city centre shops.
Semi-retired entrepreneur living on-site.
The house is situated in the prestigious St Leonards area of Exeter. Next to Exeter Universities St Lukes Campus just a few minutes walk from the city centre shops, bus station, train stations and Magdelen Rd shops.
