After 8 years hosting my own property in Glasgow I am excited to be involved in hosting a further 6 properties in a unique building in Paisley town centre. I hope to replicate the same high standards, friendly and professional service my guests have come to expect. Welcome to our collection of high quality apartments located in Paisley centre. Stunning Victorian building newly renovated throughout with bright spacious rooms to relax in. Local amenities nearby. Centrally located with excellent transport links 2 mins walk to bus and train station for easy access to GLW Airport, Glasgow City Centre and Renfrewshire. 10 min train journey to Glasgow Central Free on street parking available. Bedroom: one king size bedroom with black out blinds. Travel cot can also be provided on request. (2 adults max but further 1-2 children could be accommodated please contact to discuss). Please see our other apartments should you need additional bedrooms/range of bed sizes. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with built in electric oven, hob and microwave. Tea and coffee supplies are included to use with electric kettle. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bathroom: stand alone shower cubicle, wc and sink - complimentary toiletries. This property is on the third floor with no lift. There is also a pub on ground floor which has live music wednesday - sundays - this does cease by 10pm. It is a central and therefore lively location and whilst we do our best to ensure a comfortable interior - any external noise is outwith our control.

2 minute walk to Paisley Gilmore Street Train Station for easy access to Glasgow city centre and other transport links. 7 minute drive to Glasgow Airport Walking distance to many local amenities including coffee shops, restaurants, bars and Paisley Abbey, Town Hall and Arts Centre. A live music venue is located on the ground floor of our building - the hours tend to be between 4pm-10pm Thursdays - Sundays so you do hear the music and from their beer garden. This is a central location on main bus route access and next to shopping precinct so expect street noise. After 10pm however there is minimal traffic on roads and pedestrians passing through so generally quietens down. Strictly no smoking or parties
