Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable, our property is ideal for families, groups, business workers and contractors. Superfast 1 Gig Wi-FI; Free Parking; 4 Large Bedrooms; 2 Bathrooms; Fully Equipped Kitchen/Diner; Large Living Room with seating for all guests and 55" Smart TV; Private outdoor patio equipped with high quality oak furniture. Our property is ideally positioned for: - The City Centre (7 minutes) - Major Trunk Roads (e.g. A1) & Central Station (7 Minutes) - Metro Centre (8 minutes) - Music Venues (Vertu/Utilita Arenas; Glasshouse) (All within 10 minutes) - Sporting Venues (St James' Park/Vertu Arena) (All within 10 minutes) - Country & Coastal Day Trips (Easily accessible via the A1/A69/Central Motorway/Coast Road)
We have recently moved from this home after 15 years to enjoy living in the countryside. We're excited to be able to offer guests a warm welcome, a comfortable and clean home, help and advice on the surrounding area and an all round fantastic stay on Tyneside!
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Its biggest plus point is that it's ideally positioned for anything you'd want to access on a trip to Newcastle, due to its close proximity to the city centre, major roads and public transport. However, it's far enough out that you'll not be disturbed at night by a city full of revellers! Our neighbours are friendly, courteous, helpful and supportive of us letting out our home to guests, and therefore you can expect a warm welcome from them too!
