You will also find a fenced garden with outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a private parking space. Inside, you will be greeted by a beautifully fitted kitchen and a cozy dining area that seats four. The spacious open-plan lounge includes a 50" flat-screen Fire Smart TV with a Sonos surround system. French doors open onto the decking, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The master bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite toilet. There are also two twin bedrooms, each equipped with flat-screen TVs and Alexa smart speakers. Outside, the large gated decking area is ideal for dining and BBQ, with steps leading down to the hot tub and private garden. Unfortunately, the bar, restaurant, and pool are currently closed due to refurbishment, estimated to be completed by early May. However, this will not affect your use of the caravans and hot tubs. For your convenience, there is a dog-friendly pub just a one-minute walk from the site. Additionally, the charming village of Patrington is only a 15-minute walk away and offers a variety of amenities, including a convenience shop, butchers, tea room, tapas bar, kebab and pizza takeaway, fish and chip shop, and three more pubs. If you're looking to explore further, the seaside town of Withernsea is just a 10-minute drive away. There, you can enjoy the beaches, leisure centre, swimming pool, gym, and more. The park itself is surrounded by beautiful countryside, perfect for scenic walks.
