7 Rannoch Row is next door to our already popular 6 Rannoch, lovely holiday static for dogs and their owners. 6 has had a sold out first season, hence we brought next door. 7 Is a beautiful Willerby Aspen static caravan. We are super dog friendly. We welcome up to 4 dogs. It is super peaceful as we are set on the quiet part of the park a wee way down from the sales office. With easy access to the A90. 7 Rannoch has a lovely south facing gated deck. Excellent for doggies to happily wander in and out of the caravan safely. Enjoy your morning coffee with seating for 4, or chill and sup some wine watching the gorgeous Scottish sun sets. Private entrance with own block driveway that is 8m long and 3m wide at it's narrowest point. **Please note, all commercial vehicles must park at the Mill Carpark. (Site rules) all vehicles must fit on the block paving of the driveway, if longer, have to park at the Mill. (Which is on-site) ** 7 Rannoch has a 55" smart TV with netflix. Wifi 32mbps is provided free of charge throughout of the property. The high quality build of the Willerby Aspen sets it apart. With excellent insulation, beautifully fitted bedrooms, with lots of storage . Well equipped and designed kitchen. Gas combi central heating. 7 Rannoch sleeps 4 adults and up to 4 doggies comfortably. If two humans do not want to share the second bedroom, 1 may opt to have the lounge sofa bed instead. Pet bed, pet bowls, treats, towel & blankets are provided. The master suite has it’s own en-suite toilet. King size luxurious bed, 100% cotton bed linen & towels. Lots of storage with beautiful built in wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 has two larger than standard static single beds. With deep mattresses and 100% cotton bedding & towels. A beautiful built in wardrobe, drawers and over bed storage. Main bathroom is spacious with an excellent shower, vanity & toilet. 7 Rannoch is the perfect home from home for doggies & their owners.

Hi, we are Katie & Wiggy. We love Scotland so much we re located to Forfar 2023 hence our holiday home was launched on BDC.(6 Rannoch, lovely holiday static and has done so well, we brought her neighbour, 7 Rannoch too! We love our dogs, we have 4, 2 rescues, 2 from puppies and have always struggled to find good, properly dog friendly accommodation. So we made our own. We offer excellent quality accommodation that is super dog friendly. Our doggies are part of our family. We provide dog throws as well as ones for humans so your doggie can snuggle up on the sofa with you. So if you have 1,2,3 or 4 doggies bring them on holiday and know you are all super welcome. Dogs do have to be on a lead when not contained within the property and deck. Forfar has a large wonderful path network that is walkable from the caravan. The 20 & 21 stage coach bus offers a hail & ride service from Dundee Road opposite to the mill. Forfar has lots of taxis as well as all major supermarkets. Forfar loch is just 2 miles down the hill. Free parking throughout Forfar. 7 Rannoch offers easy access to the A90 so great location for exploring Scotland. On the east coast lots of dog friendly beaches, from Lunan Bay to St Cyrus your doggies will be welcomed all year round. Within half an hour drive you can be up into the highlands, or down on a beautiful crystal clear beaches. Scotland is beautiful and so very dog friendly. Dundee is just 15 minutes drive away. Forfar has a farmers market 2nd Saturday of the month, Dundee’s is every 3rd Saturday of the month. We love meeting all of our pawfect guests and their families. There is so much to see and do in Angus. St Andrews is not far, you can even do a day trip to St James quarter shopping centre in Edinburgh and doggies are welcomed in John Lewis, Harrods Beauty etc. It is down to the managers of each shop but the actual high end shopping centre is dog friendly. Forfar has great independent traders too.

**As lots of new cars are hybrid or Electric Forfar is well equipped with EV charging points at Asda, Tesco, and the shell services. All within 2 miles of the caravan. Do not charge your vehicle from the caravan. We do not have an EV point. ** Angus Alive has it’s own visit angus app. Well worth the free download. It has trails & maps for Forfar, Kirriemuir and more. All Angus Alive museum & galleries are well behaved dog friendly. Forfar has waterlilly ladies boutique (dog friendly) Giddy Goose cocktails and food bar, Osnaburg, the Stag (our personal favourite) gorgeous food and even our rescue with doggie tourettes was made welcome, the Queens hotel, the Queens tavern, the Dunnichen Stone, all dog friendly. There are dog parks you can hire exclusively for an hours off leash and guarantee no escape! (Excellent for a chihuahua that thinks he is a rottie) Forfar is a lovely market town just off the A90. There is the free to view community garden down near the loch. Local parks & gardens, Kirriemuir is just a short drive or bus ride from Lochlands. Famous for the birth place of the author of Peter Pan and Bon Scott’s (ACDC) childhood home. Lochlands is located just off the A90 high up on the edge of Forfar but easily accessible via bus or car. Forfar path network starts just opposite the Mill, there are walks down to the loch and around, or up to the war memorial. Another guest took his dog by car and did the Queen Victoria pyramids walks. You can be super active or super chilled as Lochlands is so peaceful. The Scottish wild life is abundant. From birds, to deer and mighty stags you may see on your travels.
