Its unique setting promises a memorable stay, with proximity to Sefton Park and Lark Lane's vibrant dining scene. Located just a quick 10-minute drive from the city centre, it's an ideal base for exploring all that the city has to offer Welcome to your home away from home. This charming house is set over three floors and offers a warm, comfortable retreat in a convenient location. The first floor features a spacious main living area with a bright and airy open-plan lounge and kitchen/diner—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or shopping. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped, making it easy to prepare anything from a full three-course meal to light snacks and refreshments. Also on this level is a generously sized double bedroom, offering a peaceful space to unwind, as well as a family bathroom complete with bathtub and shower cubicle with all essential amenities for your convenience. Upstairs, the second floor is set within the attic and offers a cosy, private bedroom with two single beds. Please note that due to the nature of the attic space, ceiling height is lower on the sides, adding to the room's character and charm. Kindly note that the ground floor is not accessible, as it is used for storage purposes only. Neighbourhood information

The Scouse House is in a converted church hall on Belvedere Road. The area is known as Princes Park and the large park is just a couple of minutes walk. It's a leafy suburb full of Victorian Houses and old buildings you'll find fascinating. At the other end of the road is the famous Sefton Park and the infamous Lark Lane with it's very chic and boho style restaurants and bars.
