Aishas Attic is a top floor 2 double bedroomed flat with Mountain View’s from the kitchen and kingsize bedroom. Based in the heart of Rhyl less than 1 minute from Rhyl Train and Bus station makes this the ideal pad for those working in the area midweek or a base to visit family and friends at weekends to explore the fabulous North Wales.
Living room is comfortable with a large L shaped sofa and TV which has freeview and a great selection of DVDs . There is also a cosy fire and a dining table in the corner.
Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and houses the central heating boiler and cleaning supplies.
Bathroom has a large corner shower , toilet and basin and is accessed between all rooms on the hallway.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed made up for your arrival with towels, a freeview tv and storage drawers.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed made up for your arrival with towels, a small freeview TV and storage drawers.
The property is accessed from Kinmel Street through a front door and then upstairs to the top floor. There is no lift in the building. Access is by a Keysafe by the front door so you can obtain your keys easily and the details for this will be sent to you after booking along with instructions of the address.
Parking is on Kinmel Street in which you will have daily parking permits left for you in the flat ready for you to use if you arrive by car. After 6pm there are no restrictions to park until 8am in the morning.
Rhyl is an abundant town with plenty of shops, supermarkets and pubs. McDonald’s, KFC, Chopstixs, Greggs are all here . As well as being close to all these we are also a seaside town so a short walk through town will take you to Rhyl Front, the beach with amusements, Cinema, SC2 waterpark.
