Amaya Five is a newly renovated 1-bedroom property, ideally located just minutes from Grantham town centre. Designed with modern comforts, the home boasts smart TVs with Ultra HD Netflix, and a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and appliances. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything from a dishwasher, a washing machine and electric hob to cookware, cutlery, and glassware for up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. The dining area features a beautiful solid wood table with seating for 3, while the sleek shower room offers high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests will enjoy complete privacy with full access to the entire property, including a private garden, ideal for relaxation. Sleeping arrangements include 1 x king bed, 1x double bed and 1 x double sofa bed, with fresh linens provided based on the number of guests in your party. Free on-street parking is conveniently available right outside. Keys: Keys will be collected from the key safe at the property. The code to the key safe will be emailed to you by 12 midday on the day of check in.
