Our cozy lodge located in West Sussex was built in 2022. It situated on A23, minutes away to The Hickstead Show-ground. half way between Gatwick airport and Brigton. This secluded and unique designed lodge has a homely atmosphere with the modern features, its facing south and the relaxing patio area surrounded by the bamboos, is perfect for unwinding after a long day, or simply immersing yourself in a calming, natural environment, listening to the birds singing to create a peaceful atmosphere, enhancing relaxation and restful sleep. Double bedroom with a solid oak double bed, oak dressing table and wardrobe; a smart tv fitted to the wall and the double glazed doors are convenient to access to the outdoor patio. 
Cosy living room has a stand Tv, and the sofa can be turned to an extra bed.and the super fast Fibre connection allows you to work on computer, or watch films on the HDR smart tv. Tiled floors with underfloor heating and the air conditioner for cooling in the hotter weather, oak dining table and chairs with a fitted modern kitchen has hobs and oven, microwave, toaster, small fridge/frizzer, and all necessary utensils. a sleek walk- in shower with tiled floor and wall. Free parking space is on site and very easy to access our back garden for walking by a private lake or to be arranged for fishing. It suitable for a couple, two business travellers, solo adventurers or a family of three. Checkin time: 3pm - 9pm Checkout time: 10am

Welcome to the historic county of Sussex, Southeastern England. Where is the most famous place to visit and a list of attractions that you can explore and enjoy during your stay with us. It’s only 5 minutes from door to door to The Hickstead Horse Jumping Show-ground; and 6 minutes to the South Downs National Park; 8 minutes away to National Trust - Nymans and Bedelands Nature Reserve; and 13 minutes away around Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens. Brighton i360 and the beach, and the world’s famous Lanes are just 8 miles away, and it’s only takes 20 minutes to Gatwick airport and 45 minutes to London Heathrow. Burger King, Starbucks and Little Waitrose just 3 minutes away around the petrol station. The local pub "Castle INN" is next to the stop serving excellent drinks and food, there is more local pubs and restaurants nearby and vineyards just around the corner. There is a gym and a country club nearby where you can go for exercises or activities.
