There is ample parking for at least 4 cars and somewhere to store a dingy trailer if required. The front door leads directly into an open plan living room with an oak floor and full height sliding doors leading out onto a balcony that maximises the panoramic waterfront views. The kitchen has bi-folding doors that lead out onto a covered terrace that is ideal for outside entertaining. The kitchen has been designed with clean, minimalistic lines and has an island with an induction hob. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook! It enjoys estuary views to the front and rural views to the rear. On the lower ground floor are four bedrooms, all enjoying glorious Estuary views. The two larger bedrooms have en-suite wet rooms and sliding doors leading out onto the terrace and lawn beyond. There is also a family bathroom.
