Newly renovated, modern 1 bedroom apartment in the middle of Aberystwyth, just a stones throw from the beach. With the whole building recently renovated, the apartment boasts original oak beams which have been lovingly restored to add character. The apartment, with a stylish decor, has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as pots and pans and all crockery and utensils. Tea, coffee and fresh milk will be provided for your convenience. The sofa in the open plan living area can be converted in to a sofa bed which sleeps 2 people. There will be an extra cost for this. Please note - if a booking is made for 2 people, the sofa bed does not get set up. If you require the sofa bed for a 2 person stay, please get in touch to arrange. A travel cot can also be provided. There will be no extra cost for this. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is a designated parking space for 1 car.

With Aberystwyth promenade and beach just around the corner, it's the perfect place to be on a sunny day. With plenty of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants you will be spoilt for choice. The main shopping street is only a 5 minute walk. Aberystwyth boasts many boutique shops, where you are sure to find some gems. The starling murmuration during the Autumn and Winter months is a big attraction for Aberystwyth, with many people travelling from afar to see them. They roost under the pier, which is just around the corner.
