Complimentary bottled water is provided for every guest. Start your day in our breakfast room with fresh options available seven days a week (book in advance). After many years traveling for work and living in hotels week to week, I decided to take on the rewarding challenge of running my own Bed & Breakfast upon returning to the town where I grew up. What began as a modest 2-bedroom bungalow has been transformed into a welcoming B&B, offering comfort and a personal touch. While the main areas are complete and enjoyed by our guests, I’m still working on improvements, including a relaxing garden space (follow our progress on the blog). As a small, independent B&B, I mostly manage everything myself. To make check-in easy, I’ve installed a smart lock. I share the house with Harry and Alfie, my friendly ginger cats. For those that fondly remember Ted, he recently passed away from old age. At Apple Tree Place, we aim to provide a warm, personal stay with all the comforts of home.

Apple Tree Place is the perfect base for both business and leisure travelers. We’re just a short walk from the main gate of AWE and close to the many industrial sites in and around Tadley. You’ll also find the beautiful Pamber Forest just a stroll away—perfect for a peaceful walk or a breath of fresh air. If you’re attending a wedding or event at one of the many nearby venues, most are only a 5–8 minute taxi ride away.
