April Cottage has been recently renovated and has a lovely open plan dining kitchen and cosy lounge with leather sofas both opening via huge bi-fold doors onto a private patio with stunning views of the Lincolnshire countryside. Styled like a luxury boutique hotel but with all home comforts and lots of space & wifi, It is a great base, for vising friends & family, working away or family holidays with PFI Carting, Belton & Sudbrook Golf less than 10 minutes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement - please contact us to arrange payment.
