The lodge is set on tranquil riverside location, with views of the surrounding hills, set in an area of out standing natural beauty. Ideal for walkers and cyclists and those just wanting to chill out. Extremely well equipped, with beautiful, contemporary accommodation The lounge contains luxury leather sofas, coffee tables, lamps and bookcase with patio windows overlooking the river and the surrounding hills. A recent addition to the already well equipped kitchen is a Nespresso pod coffee machine. The main bedroom boasts a king size bed with luxury mattress with a soft topper, with a choice of summer of winter duvets. Floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes. In the bathroom you can choose between a walk-in refreshing shower or a soak in a bath, particularly nice after a hike. You don't have to worry about the hot water running out either. If you like walking, there are lots of beautiful walks, right outside the front door.

There are lots of tourist places of interest to visit, such as the lovely town of Ludlow on a 20 minute drive away, or for even more shops and facilities there's the historic town of Shrewsbury. Also in the area are several National Trust English properties and English Heritage sites. Just down the road is the little town of Clun with it's ruined castle, pack horse bridge and beautiful church. There are numerous cafes and pubs in the area to choose from. A five minute walk from the lodge is the Crown Inn, where you can enjoy exceptional food and drink, although you will need to book.
