Modern Spacious House, Newly Built in 2020 in Quiet Area of Kirkwall. High Standard of Finish for Guest Comfort and Relaxation. Private Off Road Parking. Patio Area with Luxury Hot Tub, Private Garden and Drying Space . We also offer the Hire of E-Bikes, helmets supplied and fully insured.
One of us is always available via mobile phone/text/email. We stay close by also if something is needing sorted, or information required... nothing is too much trouble!
Situated on a quiet street, with no through road. Town Centre Shops, Restaurants and Cafés are a 10 minute walk away. Supermarkets 0.9 miles away. Scapa Beach located 1.3 miles away. Excellent town centre location to base your self an explore all of what Orkney has to offer.

Centrally situated on the mainland of Orkney, drive no more than 30 minutes to get to any point on the island! Bus Station 0.8 miles away with various bus routes available around main routes/ attractions. We can also recommend a car hire company who will deliver a hire car to the property for you.
