Avalon is a lovely cottage hidden in a valley at the end of a short, unmade narrow lane in Nolton Haven, located in the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It is only a few minutes downhill walk to the beautiful and unspoilt sandy beach - here join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and admire the wonderful sea views over St Brides Bay. Enjoy a refreshing drink at the beachside local pub, there is also a lifeguard monitored beach. The cottage is surrounded by a lawned garden. The shallow stream to one side is fenced. Comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with the spacious lounge having a leather corner sofa and the cosy bedrooms being well appointed. French doors open onto a large, sunny decked area which is perfect for alfresco dining. The property also benefits from a sizeable porch which is useful for storing wet clothing, shoes and luggage. Avalon has proven popular over the years with many guests returning and is a must for those seeking a good family holiday in an area abundant with leisure activities and for the more adventurous kite surfing at Newgale beach. Avalon is located on the right hand side (north side) of a C class road running downhill to the coast. It is at the end of a own, shared, narrow, stone chipped track which has a stream to one side, down a steep bank. Upon arrival at the cottage there is a wooden gate to a gravel parking area large enough for 3 cars. There is a turning circle that can accommodate a 4x4 vehicle. There are around 10 steep steps to access the property from the driveway, there is a wooden handrail to one side and low stone wall to the other. 2 more steps take you into a large porch which can store prams, coats, boots, luggage cases etc. There is then a threshold step into the kitchen and from here everything is level. There is a large living room that has an extensive leather corner sofa and a white extendable dining table to seat six people. There is a set of double doors leading to a decked area
