The light and airy rooms and suites have a modern decor and useful facilities. Like the hotel, the Avenue Cafe Bar and Restaurant is modern in design and has an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Fresh produce from local suppliers is used to prepare food, which is available at very reasonable prices.
The hotel has a fully equipped, 2-storey conference centre, which is ideal for corporate meetings. Blackburn Rovers’ football ground is adjacent to the hotel, and some first-floor rooms have stunning views of the training field.

“It was local to the event we were attending.
We arrived a little late to eat but they offered to cook pizza for us, which after a long drive was a blessing. Breakfast Friday was a continental and filling .Saturday morning full English was delicious.”
