Property information

Rare 3 double bedroomed and bright apartment in Notting Hill Gate. This large classical central London flat close to Kensington Palace is newly renovated and furnished and on the first floor and offers you a sustainable stay. The ceilings are high (3.8m) with original decorative designs and wooden flooring throughout. The tall windows have shutters and the outside balcony which bathes in afternoon sunlight overlooks the Victorian grandeur of this quiet no through road. There are 3 bedrooms (with two double beds and a large twin bedroom) and an optional double king size sofa bed in the living room. All the furnishings are brand new. There are two modern bathrooms (one en suite)- one with a walk in shower and the other with a shower over the deep bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything including a gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is loads of room in the main living room for sit down meals and relaxing in the soft sofas with the Smart TV at this quiet but central haven after a long day's sightseeing. All the waste is recycled, there is no plastic, only refills and biodegradable products are used. There is a brand new efficient boiler, and all the apartment is powered by renewable, green energy.

Neighbourhood information

What a location between Notting Hill tube station and Kensington Gardens! A short bus ride to Oxford Street and a walk over the beautiful park to South Kensington and the Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums. The colourful Portobello Road market is right around the corner and the Princess Diana restaurant and Memorial Children's Playground are at the end of the road. Opposite London's finest street - Kensington Palace Gardens leading to Kensington Palace. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are just outside for a relaxing stroll or a longer walk in open space. One of the very best locations to be based for visiting central London.
