    The location is just perfect! 10mins walking from town centre, but so peaceful and quiet and safe.

    A quiet and safe residential street but still close to the town centre. The supermarket round the corner had a cafe hut serving hot breakfasts. If you're not from kent have a sausage sandwich - they're Hoads original korkers.

This brilliant and bright accommodation offers a deluxe room overlookin garden with patio. It offers a working desk for guests, Fridge, microwave and kettle (as tea and coffee is provided) for refreshment. Fast Fiber Broadband ready to cope with any streaming or home working. The grocery store is 5 minutes walk from the house. There are over a hundred resturants and cafes nearby. The house is in a quite residential area, just 10 minutes away from the buzzy town centre.
Perfectly Located!! The property location is perfect, across the river away from town, so you enjoy the peace and quite but within walking distance into town and all local amenities including – Supermarkets (Lidl), Market, Restaurants, Gym, and Pubs. Fremlin Walk, The Mall and The High Street are practically all within reach. There are good transport links for commuters 10 mins walk to Maidstone East Station 7 mins walk to Maidstone West or Barracks Train Station. If your driving within 5 minutes you can connect either the motorway M2 or M20. Millennium Park is less than 5 minutes away.
