The property has two small bedrooms a lounge with dinning area, a small kitchen and bathroom there are no laundry facilities on site. The property offers an affordable base to explore the area from, ideal for families with children. It is a fantastic location for walkers and people who love water sports. Poldhu Cove beach, also know as Black Pool Cove, is ideal for young and old, it is known for it’s soft sand ideal for building sandcastles, playing volleyball, or exploring the rock pools. Great for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding, why not take lessons whilst you are here? There are fantastic coast paths to follow from here and is very popular with walkers. Kynance is on National Trust land, a trek to get to but well worth the effort, though it is tidal so check this before you go! It has been described as one of the most beautiful stretches of the Southwest. It is in the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Beauty. The footpaths follow the coast above the coves and are ideal for bird watching and looking for the odd seal. Not far away from the property is Mullion Cove a small harbour next to the historic lifeboat station well worth a visit. Mullion is a small village with a selection of shops.
