The house is spread across three levels: GROUND floor: As you step through the front patio, you'll enter a bright and airy open-plan living space on the ground floor. This area seamlessly combines a comfortable living room (with smart TV and standard channels for your entertainment), a fully equipped kitchen (with Kenwood Brewmaster coffee machine and an aeropress), and a dining area, making it ideal for socialising or relaxing after a day of exploring. From here, you can access the private back garden, complete with outdoor seating and a table—perfect for al fresco dining or a quiet morning coffee. A convenient toilet is also located on this level. FIRST floor: Master bedroom with a super king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. A second bedroom featuring two cozy single beds. A full bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for unwinding with a soak. SECOND floor: A charming double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a refreshing shower.
