This unique property, converted from the old police station, offers a stylish and spacious stay in the heart of Ross-on-Wye. Perfect for families or groups, the house sleeps up to six guests and is spread over two floors, combining modern comfort with historic charm. The entrance hallway provides space to hang coats and leads into a cozy lounge with two sofas and a wall-mounted SMART TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Wye Valley. At the rear of the property, you’ll find a beautiful kitchen-diner with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine — everything you need for a self-catering stay. The dining table seats six comfortably. From here, doors open to a private rear garden with outdoor dining for six and a hot tub designed for four (but can fit six), creating the perfect spot to unwind. Also on the ground floor is a modern shower room and a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, there are three well-appointed bedrooms and another modern shower room. The main bedroom features a super king bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a double bed. All bedrooms are fully furnished with clothes storage. While there is no off-road or allocated parking, free street parking is available nearby. This centrally located home puts you within easy reach of Ross-on-Wye’s shops, cafes, and the stunning River Wye, as well as attractions like Symonds Yat and the Forest of Dean.
