A perfect Penzance townhouse located only two minutes walk from the station and a short amble through the old streets to the restaurants, galleries and independent shops of Chapel St and Causewayhead.
Our townhouse is hot off the press of a re-design and brand new renovation. Your feet will feel warm on the smooth and expansive underfloor heated oak which runs throughout the ground floor. South facing bifolds and a wood burning stove in the kitchen snug make the space super warm and dry.

Penzance is a vibrant and beautiful place, arty and creative, yet still completely "real Cornwall".
It's at the heart of the west penwith peninsula, and is arguably in the centre of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
St Michael's mount is just in the bay, we have a long promenade, and a large art deco outdoor pool which now features a geothermally heated section for all-year spa temperature bathing.
You are spoilt for choice! All public transport links are right on the doorstep here :) In fact this house is a perfect choice for a car free visit to Cornwall. We are 2 minutes walk from the railway station and bus station, with direct trains and sleeper train from London and regular buses to some of the best beaches. Alternatively hire an e-bike in Penzance to explore the area by bicycle.
