A beautiful luxury Pemberton Riverndale Lodge 44’ x 20’ (880 square feet) situated in a quiet area overlooking a pond at Southview Leisure Park, Skegness with secure wrap around decking to the side and rear with comfortable outside seating. The accommodations comprises : Kitchen area - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs. Lounge area - with two settees and patio doors opening on to the spacious decking area. Wall mounted TV. Utility room - with washing machine and sink unit. Sun Room - with two seater sofa and patio doors opening on to the outside deck area. Bedroom 1 - kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and ample storage space and wall mounted TV. Ensuite - large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 - twin room (normal size single beds) with dressing table and wardrobes. Bathroom - with bath and shower attachment. The lodge has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed. Large wrap around decking area and a smaller decking area leading from the master bedroom. Parking for 2 vehicles. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is one of the largest lodge on the site. Free Wifi within the lodge. For your added peace of mind, the lodge will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Please note that we DO NOT use the Park's cleaning team therefore you can be assured that your holiday home will be cleaned to a high standard.

Skegness and Southview Leisure Park have something to offer everyone whether you want a fun filled day at the beach or just a quiet get away from everyday life just chilling at the lodge. I hope you like our beautiful lodge as much as we do and thank you for taking a look.
Southview is a large family friendly leisure holiday park with many facilities to enjoy including a restaurant, show bar, fish and chip shop, indoor swimming pool, gym, crazy golf and a convenience shop. There is a main fishing lake but please ensure you have a current Rod licence. This will need to be shown if requested. There is also a new activity site with high ropes and Bear Grylls Survival Academy. There is also a regular shuttle bus into Skegness. Skegness has a lot to offer including award winning beaches, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone to enjoy making it the perfect destination for families. The market towns of Louth and Horncastle are within a 30 minute drive and both have a good selection of cafes, independent shops and markets.
