Beautiful self contained flat with own private entrance, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The flat has a large living room, fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need including dishes, a toaster and microwave and breakfast bar for two, large bedroom with new King size bed and patio door access to the garden, and bathroom with walk in rain shower. The living room also has a sofa bed and a big leather recliner. It's a quiet space with lots of privacy but very convenient for all the Glasgow attractions and a great base for touring Scotland. The apartment is in the buzzing Southside and walkable to lots of amazing cafe's restaurants and bars. Were also walkable to Hampden Park for events and a short taxi ride from the Hydro. The train station is a few mins walk away with 4 trains per hour taking you to the city centre in 12 mins. Other things to note: The space is bright and sunny and also has access to a lovely south facing patio at the front for chilling out or eating at. The flat is attached to our home, but is completely separate and private. Our Glasgow City Council licencing number is GL00093F. Maximum occupancy is 3. Please respect this when booking. There is a shared driveway for parking as well as ample on street parking.

Glasgow is a green city with loads of parks and green spaces. Our neighbourhood is a 15 minute walk from Queens park and a 10 min drive from Pollok Park. There are so many fantastic food options! There is a brilliant bakery 5 mins walk away open on the weekends for fresh pastries, and Shawlands and Battlefield both have a great coffee shops and brunch spots which we will leave you detailed info about. For lunch and dinner, again there are loads of amazing options - you'll be spoiled for choice. The location is great, with easy access to trains and buses you can be in the city centre in 12 minutes or the west end in 40 directly by bus. We are also incredibly close to Hampden stadium so ideally located for concerts and football events. It's only 20 mins in a taxi to the Hydro too. It is however a lovely quiet, leafy neighbourhood to retreat back to after a day of wandering round Glasgow's many attractions and eateries. Getting around: The train Station is a 5 minute walk away with three trains every hour to the centre. It takes 12 minutes. There are also local busses a 10 min walk away.
