Set just outside the city centre, Belmont is a newly renovated beautiful four bedroom house. Featuring a ground floor room with two single beds & a toilet next door. A gorgeous kitchen/diner, a snug living room. Main bedroom upstairs with kingsize bed, a room with a bunk bed for the children, another twin room & a large family bathroom.
Close to all amenities, the river Hamble & Victoria country park within walking distance.
Enough parking for 2 vans or 3 cars on a private driveway.
