Berry Barn is a barn conversion situated in the hamlet of Strubby just ten miles from Louth in Lincolnshire. The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom with an en-suite and a snug room with sofa bed. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a sofa. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private enclosed patio with furniture. Berry Barn is a fantastic base for exploring this lovely part of the country. One 25 pet supplement charge per stay, for up to two well-behaved dogs.

The beautiful historic market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The town offers Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing. The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty features gentle rolling hills, quaint villages and superb cycling and walking routes. Just a short drive takes you to the coastal resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, plus Theddlethorpe Nature Reserve has miles of golden sandy beaches and amazing birdlife.
