Please note the hotel does not accommodate single-sex groups or parties of over 3 rooms or more. The maximum number of adults in any one room is 2. Reservations over 31 December and 1 January will be on a bed and breakfast basis only, entertainment and dinner are not included. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied in room by minimum of one adult aged 18 or over. Please note that when booking ten rooms or more, different policies and supplements may apply. Please note the parking fee is GBP20 per vehicle per night (12:00 midday - 12:00 midday). The hotel does not accept prepayment for reservations within three days of arrival date. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay in a Suite. All bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas are non-smoking - a minimum £300.00 cleaning charge is applicable for smoking in guestrooms. Big Blue Hotel operates cashless throughout the hotel, most major credit/debit cards are accepted at reception and in the Bar & Restaurant.
