Extremely modern well presented One Bedroom, Second Floor Luxury Apartment, situated within the restored and iconic Birch Hill Hospital and Clock Tower building. The home offers easy access to Hollingworth Lake, Smithybridge Train Station (Leeds & Manchester line), and the motorway connections. Wardle, Littleborough, and Milnrow village centres are close by offering easy access to local amenities including shops, bars, and restaurants. Nestled at the base of the foothills of the South Pennine Moors and idyllic Rochdale Canal. The home is decorated to an exceptional standard throughout, open plan lounge, a modern fitted kitchen with high gloss finish units, and integral appliances. The apartment has one large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a spacious three-piece family bathroom, and a large hallway with excellent storage space. The apartment is private and secure with Intercom access and spacious hall and stairs, externally the property has one allocated car park space and communal garden space.

Hi we hope you enjoy your stay at the beautiful and iconic Birch Hill Clock Tower, Apartment 32. We try hard to keep the Apartment to a high standard for our guests. I run a local Architectural practice and rent out a few properties in the area. We try very hard to ensure our guests have a great stay, which includes clear instructions on key collection and directions to the property, I am always available to answer questions and queries. The local Canal, Pennines and Hollingworth Lake are a short distance from the Apartment and offer beautiful outdoor walks. I am a cyclist and i enjoy getting out on the local routes and hills on the bike.

Excellent links to Hollingworth Lake, the South Pennine Moors, Pennine Bridleway, and idyllic Rochdale Canal. Beautiful scenic views from the apartment over the valley. An iconic landmark building.
