Bringing your friends and family to Blackway House for a special occasion or to make memories together is an unmissable opportunity. You will discover spacious rooms including two living rooms with woodburning stoves, seven bedrooms to sleep twenty guests and a generous kitchen where you can all dine together. Original features and incredible garden views surround you as you spend time with your loved ones. The gardens are even better with a fire sphere to gather around for evening drinks or story telling and a beautiful dining terrace hidden away. Find the fairy doors in the trees and let the children explore the woodland with the pets. Hire a hot tub to add the cherry on top of what will already be a magical getaway. While you don’t need to leave Blackway House to fill your days with excitement, the Malverns are just a 20-minute drive, historic Hereford has something for everybody and the charming town of Ledbury is perfect for browsing the local independent shops. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. When walking around the property, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Hot tub hire can be arranged for an additional fee. Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum outside after 11pm. Take care walking on stone paths, in the courtyard outside the back door and on the wooden bridges and deck, especially in winter, as these can be slippery. The property manager lives in the cottage to the rear of Blackway House and is on hand if you require any assistance.

Form your doorstep you can follow walking routes and pop to The Hop Pocket to pick up local supplies. Just a short drive from the Malverns a wealth of glorious countryside opens up waiting to be explored, or if you’d rather, head to Hereford to stroll the ancient streets lined with timber buildings. Days out can be spent visiting Eastnor Castle and the National Trust’s Weir Garden, or enjoy a day on the river at Ross-on-Wye or drinks at Coddington Vineyard. Something for everybody can be found not too far from Blackway House making it the perfect choice for so many groups.
