Boots Cottage is a delightful canal-view cottage with outstanding rural views with easy access to beaches. The cottage is a self-contained annex with its own front and rear doors, leading out into a seated courtyard area.
The accommodation includes a cosy lounge with eating and seating areas (including a sofa-bed ), leading into a fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer and washing machine. Upstairs there is a spacious dual-aspect double bedroom with en-suite shower room. All rooms are light and airy with fine rural views. Internet access is available as is a selection of board games for cosy nights in.
Outside the cottage are pretty gardens and off road parking. Guests also have the use of a characterful and secure adjacent stone outbuilding for bike and surf equipment storage and have the use of a washing line.
Bring your dog who would be comfortable and welcome downstairs. He/she would also be secure in the enclosed courtyard for an extra runaround. There’s even a hose to deal with the aftermath of any particularly mucky walks! Bikes are also very welcome - the cottage being right next to the National Cycle Network.
We are looking forward to offering you a warm welcome with cream tea on arrival. Always happy to give directions, suggest walks and places of interest as well as help guests to feel comfortably at home. We also offer a warm welcome to guests with disabilities (who can manage steps/stairs) as well as guide dogs.
Gorhemynadow an gwella (Best wishes)!

Level access along the tranquil canal towpath takes you into Bude with its golden beaches and canal wharfside activity, within 40 minutes. Take a stroll along the wharfside with its craft workshops and fabulous eateries. The Olive Tree is great place for a coffee (or a Cornish ice cream) whilst watching the boats.
A short drive takes you to the delights of Port Isaac (of Doc Martin fame) and its pretty sister St Quinn. Boscastle will also delight you with its interesting buildings and beautiful harbour with amazing coastal views.
A circular walk with breath-taking cliff and sea views from St Gennys (near Crackington Haven) is an absolute must!
A little further away but an easy route along the Atlantic Highway introduces you to the historic town of Truro and then onto the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey.
So much to do and see that a second visit is the only answer!
