This is an immaculate, spacious and luxurious 5bed home (from home) suitable for families, holidaymakers, group of professionals or corporate teams visiting or working in Leeds. Located in the upmarket, and peaceful Moortown area of Leeds (North Leeds), this home offers a perfect retreat. The house is on a quiet street which is next to a local park and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Roundhay Park which has a lake and vast amounts of plants and lawns.

SERVICES IN THE LOCAL AREA: 1. Toby Carvery bar and restaurant offering all you can eat breakfast for nine quid (inclusive of hot drinks), is just 5 minute drive down the road from this property. Also offers carvery lunch and dinner. 2. Access to two parks in the immediate vicinity. One park just down the road next to the property comprising of lawned fields with a running track and football grounds, park benches and a serene atmosphere. The second park is a humongous and iconic Roundhay Park which has huge lawned fields, trees, lots of plants, a lake and playgrounds. 3. There are a lots of upmarket restaurants and bars in a 2 mile radius vicinity of the property in Moortown Corner, Chapel Allerton , Street Lane, Roundhay Road etc. 4.
