Boston house is set in the beautiful market town of duns, the county town of rural Berwickshire in the Scottish Borders. Boston House complies will all new Scottish Short Term Holiday Letting Licensing terms and is awaiting licence. Interlinked fire and carbon monoxide alarms and fire safety equipment. Small open plan downstairs fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine (tablets included), coffee machine (coffee not included unfortunately) and small dining table. Free view TV, Wi-Fi. Upstairs has one Kingsize and one Double bedroom. Black out blinds are available. Bathroom boasts a lovely power shower, featuring heated towel rail. Iron and Ironing board available. Along with clothes airer and hairdryer. Complimentary toilet paper, shampoo and tea and coffee. This historic listed house was rebuilt in 1893 on the birthplace of Thomas Boston a famous 18th century writer, clergyman and influence on Robert Burns. Within walking distance to local shops, pubs and eateries, it boasts a perfect location for enjoying the Scottish Borders landscape and history. 1/2 an hour driving distance from Northumberland National Park and Northumberland Coastlines
Within walking distance to the Jim Clarke Motor museum and close proximity to Manderston House, Duns Castle Nature Reserve and Floors Castle. Northumberland National Park Outside street parking, long st regular bus service covering Scottish Borders. 20 minutes to Berwick train station
