Hi welcome to the Boulmer Guest house here in Whitby, we are Paul and Helen Benson and we run the guesthouse between us. We pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail.

Property information

The Boulmer is a late Victorian semi over 3 floors. Having large airy rooms most with high ceilings. We offer double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a twin bedded room with private facilities and large family rooms one on the ground floor. So we have accommodation to suit all. The house has a homely and welcoming atmosphere. We are serving a continental style breakfast only. Arrivals up to 7pm only, if you cannot arrive prior to 7pm please call us direct before booking. Please note that we do NOT accept stag or hen parties. Group bookings of more than 3 rooms are by prior arrangement direct with Boulmer Guesthouse only.

Neighbourhood information

We are situated on Whitby's West Cliff area close to all of the attractions. Beach, harbour, pavilion, town and the local registry office (weddings) .
