Dressing table, hanging space and hairdryer. 🔸 Luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bath. 🔸 Parking for 1 car in our private car park just next to the entrance. 🔸 Bike storage shed next to door and garden area with planting and furniture. **What’s Included**: 🔹 Unlimited fast Wi-Fi and Amazon smart TV 🔹 Heat, water and electricity. 🔹 Bed linen and towels **Pets**: 🔹 We keep our cottage ‘pet free’ for guests with allergies. 🔹 No types of pets are allowed and stays will be terminated if pets are found at the property. **Safety & Suitability**: 🔹 Unfortunately, the apartment is unsuitable for wheelchair users and wider prams/pushchairs as the doorway is narrower than the standard size. **CCTV**: 🔹 Please note there is a CCTV camera monitoring the car park only. 🔹We require a security deposit of 100GBP prior to your stay. You will receive an email requesting your card details 3 days before your stay. This amount will be pre-authorised and not deducted from your card. It will be released within 7 days of the end of your stay, provided the property is returned in the same condition as at check-in, with no damage, missing items, or need for excessive cleaning. Lost keys will also be treated as missing items.

We live a short drive from both Haworth and Skipton. We have operated Mulberry Cottage as a much-loved holiday home since 2016 and have many guests who come back every year. We have been carefully renovating our two apartments in Skipton, and Weavers Rest is available to guests from December 2024. Spinners View will be available from mid 2025. We have a key safe so that guests can arrive at their own convenience. If however, you wish to be met at the cottage, then we can arrange for that too. If you want our opinion on places to visit etc. we can help you out here also. You can text, telephone or email if there are any issues or if you require any information during your stay. As our holiday homes are privately owned by us, we are keen to give you the very best service possible. It is important to us that you love your stay at our holiday homes and would perhaps like to return someday.

🔹Weavers Rest is a 1 minute walk to shops and quality cafes, restaurants and pubs in central Skipton. Skipton Medieval Castle is just a 7 minute walk away. No need for a car as the Airedale line train station is a 15 minute walk. 🔹The nearby Yorkshire Dales offer breathtaking views and are popular with walkers and cyclists. 🔹Malham is not far away with it’s iconic views and stone formations. Kilnsey Crag is also a short drive and popular with climbers. 🔹 The famous village of Grassington in The Yorkshire Dales National Park is a short drive away and is where parts of All Creatures Great and Small were filmed. 🔹Visit Haworth with it’s quirky cobbled Main Street filled with interesting shops and quality cafes, restaurants and pubs. A must is the Bronte Parsonage where the literary Bronte sisters lived. 🔹Kettlewell is a lovely village not far away where there are some amazing walks and also The Pennine Way 🔹There are so many places to visit, including Leeds for a shopping experience, East Riddlesden Hall (National Trust), and the National Railway Museum in York. 🔹We have an electronic guidebook we can send you, and also lots of leaflets in the cottage to help you plan your stay.
