Nestled in the Eskdale Valley, Bower House Inn is 4 miles from the Cumbrian coast. This 17th century 3 star inn offers superb food in its restaurant and rooms with en suite bathrooms. Set across 2 buildings, Bower House Inn is quiet hotel, set in beautiful countryside. With free WiFi, rooms feature TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The extensive breakfast and fine dinner menu use the finest of local ingredients and locally sourced produce. The bar has low beamed ceilings and offers local ales. The garden has fantastic views and free parking is available at Bower House Inn. A great base for countryside walks, Scarfell, Great Gable and Wastwater are all within reach. Coniston Water is a short 15-minute drive from the Bower.
