Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building and balcony only. Please dispose of cigarette ends.

Please note if the apartment is left in an excessively dirty or messy state, extra cleaning fee of up to GBP 100 will apply.

A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
