IMPORTANT: Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to upload their valid proof of ID, sign terms and conditions of their stay with us digitally, authorise damage deposits and provide a few other details in order to complete the check-in process. This is done safely and securely via the guest portal on Charge Automation through a secure link that is sent to guests' email after the booking is confirmed. The whole process takes no more than 5-10 minutes. All guests are required to go through this to ensure the authenticity of the booking and safety and security of our guests.
