Property information

Located in the heart of Southbourne this brand new 1 bedroom apartment has its own entrance, ensuite and private garden and is located within a five minute walk of an award winning blue flag beach. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need to enjoy your break including double bed, double sofa bed, smart tv's in both the lounge and bedroom and integrated kitchen appliances. The property is located close to the bustling high street with a selection of cafes, shops and restaurants.

Neighbourhood information

Southbourne is a lovely seaside area in Bournemouth. Southbourne high street is a short walk away and has some great independent shops, cafes and restaurants as well as some well known chains. The sandy blue flag beach is also a short walk away and is much quieter than the beach located in Bournemouth town centre. There are great transport links locally. Beryl bike hire is a cheap and fun way to get around. Pokesdown is the. nearest train station. Yellow buses and More buses operate frequently.
