PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT ACCOMODATIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. ONE WHICH SLEEPS UP TO 2 PEOPLE AND ONE WHICH SLEEPS UP TO 4. PLEASE NOTE THAT THAT THERE is A REFUNDABLE THIRTY POUNDS KEY DEPOSIT PAYABLE CASH ON CHECK IN. The properties are independent and I am a few steps away in the garden if you need anything. Access to the properties is through the garden gate on the driveway at the back of the house. You will be given your own keys for your convenience. PROVISION: SLEEP 2: Your day bed turns into a large bed. Your own shower room, hot cooking plate, fridge, microwave, tv, kettle, toaster, plates, glasses. No kitchen and compact room. SLEEP 4: The lounge has a large day bed + a double bed in the bedroom. Both rooms have large smart tvs. The shower room is brand new. LOUNGE: There, is your second large bed. There is no kitchen but there is a portable electric hob, A breakfast bar with chairs, a small fridge and microwave. You will find some tea and coffee facility and some kitchen items with plates and glasses, kettle and a toaster. There are great local pubs, restaurants and take aways for dinner nearby. The WIFI code is in the property. You will have access to a smart TV in the lounge and in the bedroom with UTUBE channels and Netflix if you have an account. THERE IS NO BBC or ITV, sorry. . BEDROOM: Your double bed has a memory foam mattress. Automatic ceiling blackout blind in your room. Large smart tv for your comfort. STRICTLY NO VISITORS PLEASE WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT.

I will be there to welcome you on arrival and to say goodbye on departure. If I am unavailable, I will organise so you can gain entry in my absence. Please note the fully refundable thirty pound deposit for the key. This must be paid on arrival, cash please as it is faster. Please do not hesitate to text me on your way as An estimated time of arrival is highly recommended please! I enjoy travelling around the world so I do appreciate how important it is, to feel comfortable and happy in a different home environment. Whether you are staying for one night or more, I am hoping that you will enjoy your stay and that it will be positively memorable. You will find some hot drinks facility in the accomodations. Restaurants such as Italian, take aways are within walking distance. I am a mum myself and so I understand the need to have some personal space with your children / child therefore, I welcome children to the apartments. please bring your travelling cot if you need it as I do not provide it. The accomodations are in my garden but your personal space is for you alone and not shared with me. Both Accomodations are compact and perfect for guests who are busy exploring and wish a better Accomodation than a hotel (you will find a microwave, fridge, hot plate to cook light meals) For both daybeds in sleep 2 and 4, I am more than happy to prepare the daybeds into beds for you. I will offer each guest and will prepare it within minutes for you. If there is anything missing or I simply forgot, do let me know!

The beach is walking distance but I prefer to drive to it. It is about 1 mins drive from the property. You will find a local Co Op about 10 mins walk and also an Italian restaurant, mini supermarket, fish and chips take away, all day breakfast cafe, kebab take away, tennis court, a Kawak and surfing shop, a diving shop, gun club, basket ball court, a bike and scooter, skateboard pump track and more!
