There is also a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, a first-floor balcony with furniture and barbecue and a multi-level rear garden with lawn, patio, a garden room with furniture and a patio with a hot tub. The historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside, and Troutbeck are all within easy driving distance. Watersports are also available at marine centres along the lake for the more active.
