Evergreen Property took over the management of this property in January 2021. Barry and the team have been managing short lets in Edinburgh since 2016 and Barry is a board member of the Association of Scotland's Self-caterers. We believe that self-catering properties offer guests the flexibility and safety needed in these strange times.

A beautiful, bright and airy flat to impress you as soon as you step through the door. This characterful apartment comes equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time in Edinburgh! It is made up of: large open-plan lounge with dining area, TV, modern fully-fitted kitchen with all crockery, cutlery and cookware provided; master bedroom with king-size bed; plus, three-piece shower room. There is Wi-Fi and GCH in the property, plus - we provide hotel quality linen and towels for your stay, including basic toiletries. The flat is on the second floor.

Spacious one bed, second floor apartment located in Edinburgh’s vibrant waterfront area known as the Shore. There are numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops and quirky stores on your doorstep to enjoy, and a Sainsbury's supermarket close by. Excellent regular transport links across the city.
