Property information

The property is a modern, refurbished, centrally heated house and fully furnished. A shared kitchen area with washing machine and cooking facilities is available. Flat screen smart TVs are available in all rooms. Located to the South of the city centre, it is close to main bus routes; easy access to Sainsbury's (12 minutes’ walk), Asda and some local shop facilities and pubs; approx. 2.5 miles from the City Centre. 15 minutes’ drive to Raynesway, or 5 minutes’ drive to Moorway/Sinfin Lane, for Rolls-Royce; similar travel time to Bombardier. There is easy access to the main routes i.e. A38, A52, A50 and to the M1 (Jnc25) if driving. Bus Routes 5 & 5A. Whether it’s for two nights, five nights or more, you will find everything you need to live in comfort, a home from home!

Neighbourhood information

The house sits within a residential area which is relatively quiet, but the countryside is close by, for those who like to have a wander, with some nice pubs in the area. The Foresters Park Centre provides a number of shops, pub, bowling alley and cinema, and is about 10 minutes walk from the house.
