Coal House Cottage is perfectly situated 2 minutes walk from the town center shops and restaurants but also 2 minutes walk from the countryside. Adapted for the disabled having a ramp to front door for wheelchair access and also a wet room. Set in a peaceful area amongst other bungalows looking out onto a green. We are pet friendly with a fully fence enclosed garden, all lawned with a patio and table and chairs. There is on street parking and a free local car park 1 minutes walk away.

Perfectly situated 2 minutes from shops and restaurants yet two minutes from local countryside walks. Santinnis restaurant and the Shildon Civic hall both excellent for eating out and both 5 minutes walk away. Walk the old coal line from the bungalow 2 minutes away through fields.
