The unspoilt village of Bantham itself is an absolute joy. With its own local pub and a well-stocked village shop, it’s friendly locals are in abundance, ready to point you in the direction of the best surf, the finest cream tea or the freshest seafood. The beach itself is a watersports paradise. Miles of golden sand, crystal clear water and incredible waves. Grab a Surf Board, Kayak or a Stand-Up Paddleboard and head on down to this pristine beach, less than five minutes walk from the house. If a sunbathe and a good book are more your thing, the Avon estuary beach is a calmer, quieter spot for you to relax and unwind. Whatever you choose to do – White Horses provides the ideal base to enjoy this incredible location any time of the year.
